No — you can self-refer directly to the Heart and Mind Clinic. You do not need a referral from your GP. Simply complete the contact form above, call us on 07436 467363, or use the booking popup on any page. We'll arrange everything from there.

Please bring a form of photo ID, a list of any current medications, any recent test results or letters from your GP or hospital, and your insurance details if applicable. If you have a referral letter, please bring that too — though it is not required.
Yes — there is free parking nearby. The clinic is also a short 5-minute walk from Esher railway station, which is on the London Waterloo line. We're happy to provide detailed directions when you confirm your appointment.
We are in the process of registering with major private health insurance providers. Currently we are primarily a self-pay clinic, with transparent pricing listed on our Services page. Please contact us to discuss your specific insurance situation and we will do our best to accommodate you.
A standard cardiology consultation lasts approximately 45–60 minutes. If you are attending for a package that includes additional tests such as an ECG, echocardiogram or blood tests, please allow 2–3 hours for your visit. We'll give you a clear estimate when confirming your appointment.
Yes — our mental health team sees both adults and children for ADHD and ASD assessments. Our psychiatrist Dr Ekta Sharma has extensive experience working with younger patients. Please mention during booking that the appointment is for a child so we can ensure the right specialist is available.
